The bird i kept seeing after MICHELLE HUEGDON 7th nov 1962 /21st september 2021 was a robin who appear ofton miles from where i live and pepole would coment about it as the robin fly very close and land near.

then that same year when i took the rain cover of my motorbike a bright green grasshopper, who would stay on the bike and go for rides with me and hang on and cilme up to the right mirrow and stay on all day untill i got home again this happened for last 3 years

why can i not sleep on my back it seems only for medatation i think it is because i have some sleep apnea issue

and will i ascend in this incarnation

i had such a unbelievable fantastic lucid dreams this morning after asking for help and guidance lucid dream before i went to bed and had done the shielding and that guided meditation the shielding and that guided meditation is was incredible
