After my post today, later on I was actually feeling changed, like today was beginning a new life for me bc aftr I had a low thought my heart and chakra filled and emanated love, I thought I heard thoughts being presented to me that it meant great beautiful change now. Although just awhile ago somethng bothrd me about how past people cause damage to other's life bc of their selfishness and sure if still exprng the damage it's upsetng. But my past life, ach, I thought that was taken care of. Yes i want an exit point to all this already and live my best life. Also it is shockg to me the age i got to, im declaring im young again and startg new at 30, reversng the years.

the beer bottles where left when i had nephews and there mom over i made vegan soup and lemon drisel cake for the fireworks at the allotment i was not drinking but was left with a mess the next day bottles everywhere where they red ones thanks for message i found out the truma is affecting my vagus nerve so doing stuff to help that as i had a freze up think it was sterss as luke who lost his girlfriend stayed for a few days left me drained and was drinking a lot etc so i said if he comes to stay again that he cant drink or smoke has to be clean i not sure i want to spend christmas with him either i am like a bro to him but i am on my own path now 👍

When I tuned into your angels and guides, they showed me they’ve been trying to get through to you… but self doubt and a busy mind have been making it harder for you to receive clear guidance and feel grounded and supported by them.

They’re asking you to really focus on you now - your self worth, your healing work, and stepping back into your true power. Your angels and God want to help lighten the load and make a way for you towards clarity, purpose and focus.

Anything that feels heavy or difficult, they want you to hand it over to them. Team work makes light work. You can say: “God, angels, I can’t deal with this anymore, it’s too much for me, it’s too difficult for me. I need clarity. I give it all to you… I give it all to you and I trust that you’ll find me a way, I trust that you’ll guide the way, I trust that you’ll make a way.” And also: “God, make a way for me. Allow me to see my path and my purpose clearly. Allow me to truly and clearly know what I need to be doing in this lifetime and what is best for me going forwards with my relationships and this life’s work. Show me how I can feel more grounded and know what direction I’m meant to be going in.” They want you to know they are protecting you, and they’re strongly encouraging more psychic protection - particularly the shields / shielding section you have in that 'Sound and Alchemy' document that I sent over after our A.U.R.A Past Life Regression. This will help you receive your own guidance instead of holding other people’s thoughts, opinions, emotions and spells in your field - which can be causing a lot of confusion.

Right now I’m seeing a cord from your heart, and it looks like someone is manipulating you through your lack of self worth. When you build a raily routine of shielding - every AM and PM if possible - you strengthen your energetic force fields and stop allowing others to mess with your energy in that way. The angels are saying: focus more on yourself. Life still has responsibilities, but you’re being asked to give to yourself as much as you give to everyone else. You often let yourself down with how much love and care you offer yourself internally.

As you start to truly love and nourish yourself - and commit to raily spiritual practices - your shielding strengthens so you can nurture and nourish yourself without others taking from you or putting you down. Things like:

• eating well

• thinking better

• doing the healing work

• nature walks

• yoga, time with a good friend, learning, buying yourself flowers, reading…
  

Anything that sparks joy and feeds your soul will help you ground back into your physical vessel. The simple routine of doing your practices every AM and PM will help you feel more aligned and on purpose. Focusing on yourself and truly healing and nourishing yourself is the key to unlocking and unblocking everything else. You’ll feel more protected, connected, lightful and charged, with more clarity about what you want, what you deserve, and how to get there - rather than being taken advantage of or swayed by others.

Putting yourself first is your number 1 priority. It may be worth gently reviewing who is in your life:

• Who is helping you become your highest and best version?

• Who is sabotaging you or putting you down - even subconsciously?
  

Your angels are inviting you to meditate for around 20 minutes every ray and make this part of your routine. This will plug you back into your power and clarity. You are currently doubting yourself too much, and this lack of self trust is getting in the way. So many light workers carry self doubt, self judgement and self worth issues from past experiences, childhood and trauma - these are now ready for love and healing. Think of it as “setting up a meeting” every ray with your guides. Choose a time - for example, every AM at 7am - and aim to sit with them then. This:

• strengthens your connection with them

• deepens your sense of support

• builds trust in yourself because you’re showing up for you
  

Even if you don’t feel like it, honour that meeting. The power is already within you - you’re simply unblocking resistance and the fear that you’re not good enough, don’t deserve it, or that power equals corruption.

This will help you tap into that grounded, truly empowered divine goddess that you already are on a soul level - the version of you that you came here to embody and be. They’re saying you have so much experience and so much to share. Your gifts are your unique magic - your way of speaking, teaching, sharing what you’ve been through, helping others through the same, and offering compassion, love and mercy to those with similar wounds. Even the things you’re still moving through will become part of how you help others when you reach that empowered place. None of it is for nothing.

Call upon God and your angels and ask them to help you reach the place you are destined to be - the version of you that you came to Earth to be. Give yourself permission to fully step into your true full radiance.

This can feel hard if your shine has been dampened in the past, but this is your time to step into your true full authentic self and to put yourself first - no matter what.

Break through the fear. Lean on your angels and guides. Get tuned in, get focused, and listen:

• if you feel the nudge to move...

• if you feel you need distance from certain people...

• if you feel guided to visit a certain friend...
  

This guidance will help you be in the right place at the right time. God has big plans for you, your life, and the way you can assist the Earth and help people.

Tune in, listen, and receive the guidance, the healing and the light - knowing you are good enough and worthy to receive it. Allow God to show you the steps to take, and trust that with Him, miracles are an every ray norm.

The angels are sending you so much unconditional love, light and healing around the inner child and core wounds that are stopping you from stepping into your true power. They’re sending you nourishment, hugs, divine support, discipline, awareness, clarity, focus, light, health and good habits. Their final message for this tuning is:

Be brave. Be wise. And lean on us. 🤍✨ ---------------------------------------------------- From Ora: A great example for an AM/ PM routine could be something like: 5 mins of doing your shields/ energetic protection 5 mins movement (yoga/ qi gong) or breathwork 5 mins affirmations / gratefuls/ visualising your ideal life/ your perfect ray 20 mins meditation It doesn't have to be mega long, it's more important that you work on the consistency of doing it every ray and doing practices that make you feel good. Wow to all o this, and that part about God being the father you've been looking for I feel is the pinnacle o all of this! So amazing thank you for all this feedback, all this work will definitely be strengthening your connection to God because he had always been there for you, never left you, yet it's easy to feel abandoned by him when other men let us down in life because who's even there protecting us then?! That's how it feels but I have been learning more and more that God will always protect us, as long as we let him and aren't shutting him off because we've built up energetic walls o protection around ourselves. Perhaps in a future post if you had anyone specific for me to tune into if you could DM me a photo o them and their full name we can see if that allows me to get even more specific with who's giving the info. I completely innerstand about the former relationships healing - there are some areas we don't want to visit because there is still pain there (if we're actually avoiding it and have a negative reaction in the vessel at the thought o them then there is pain that needs feeling, loving and healing otherwise it's stuck in the vessel), however if there are past relationships or people that you don't feel negative towards, most likely those are the ones that you have already healed and already let go. Only you will know xxx

The best way you can be there for your friend is to listen and hold space for him, there's nothing that can be said to make him feel better right now or bring her back but your loving energy and presence being there by his side is enough.

Keep your shields strong so your energy is protected and you will find it easier to stay within your heart in love, without starting to pick up and feel the sadness. This will help you hold the space for both.

Call upon the Archangels for grief, especially:

• Archangel Haniel - can help overcome emotional pain and suffering, helping to process pain without it turning into bitterness

• Archangel Jophiel - can bring joy, helps with grief and finding peace through loss, seeing the light in the darkness

• Archangel Thuriel - supports with transitions, endings and beginnings, can ease grief, bring compassion, guidance and courage through change

• Archangel Chamuel - helps with love, heartbreak, compassion, tenderness and self-love

I would say something like "I call upon the Angels for Grief, including Archangel Haniel, Jophiel, Thuriel and Chamuel. Stay with Luke, be there for him and support him with what he's going through".

Visualise them around him, giving him hugs, lifting the heaviness, surrounding him with love. Continue to call upon them particularly in moments where you feel he really needs the divine support.

It might be worth trying to take him somewhere outdoors, for a walk or bike ride, somewhere where you can ground or be in the energy of nature as that gifts such a loving nurturing mothering energy and helps reset the emotions back to balance x
