Cancellation Policy
Spiritual Ascension Life Path Mentorship - Booking & Membership Policy This mentorship subscription is provided by Ora Zikara. By joining, you agree to the following: 1. Membership & Payment - Membership is £111 per month, billed automatically on a rolling basis until cancelled. Payments are taken in advance of each cycle. 2. Contract Length - This is a rolling monthly membership with no minimum term. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund payments already made. 3. Refunds - All payments are non-refundable, including for non-attendance, missed sessions, or unused benefits. 4. What’s Included - Active membership includes one private 1-hour call with Ora Zikara per month. This does not include additional text support or calls outside the scheduled session. 5. Effort & Attendance - Members are expected to attend on time and engage wholeheartedly in their growth and healing. If late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The more you invest, the more you will receive in return. 6. Rescheduling - Sessions must be used within the same month and cannot be carried forward (“stacked”). To reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be forfeited. 7. Technology - Ora Zikara is not responsible for technical issues on the member’s side (e.g., internet/device problems). If issues arise on our side, the session will be rescheduled appropriately. 8. Conduct - Respectful behaviour is required. Disruption, disrespect, slander, or irresponsible engagement may result in membership termination without refund. 9. Right to Terminate - Ora Zikara reserves the right to cancel membership at any time, without refund, if a member repeatedly disrupts, fails to attend responsibly, or otherwise acts out of alignment with the integrity of the mentorship. 10. All guidance is for spiritual and personal development only and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice. Members take full responsibility for all decisions or changes they make in their life, health, or otherwise. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
