Cancellation Policy
By booking this session, you agree to the following terms: No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. You may request to reschedule your session if you email us at least 48 hours in advance at TheGreatLightGarden@gmail.com. No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling. Session Duration: Sessions can be 1-2 hours long, however please allow for buffer time in your schedule to ensure the session can close gently and not be disrupted. Punctuality: Please arrive on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to honour other clients and our time boundaries. Sobriety Requirement: Please do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you do, the session will be cancelled without refund. Results Not Guaranteed: Healing is a deeply personal and non-linear process. While profound transformation is possible, every soul’s journey is unique, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Respectful Conduct: Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards our practitioners- including negative name calling, harassment, or sending inappropriate messages/ content will result in immediate cancellation of your session without refund. We reserve the right to protect our staff and community space. Agreement: You will be required to sign an Agreement form prior to your session.
